Objectives:

Problem

Lack of overview and management of users' everyday essential home and medical needs and their care plan.

Solution

A digital platform created with the help of medical professionals and existing users. To support users with schedules, booking, and managing all essential home or medical needs.

Process:

We gathered business and user insights on existing clients that fit the user demographic, and how they currently interact with the existing applications.
Using mental models as an anchor in further decisions, we developed a user journey and tested the flow internally and externally, with the help of existing users and stakeholders’ insights.
It allowed us to move forward to connecting features and other programs and focus on optimizing the overall user experience.

How did we do this?

Developed Over 200 APIs Across 30+ Microservices.
Hosted on AWS with Serverless technology, including API Gateway, Lambda, AWS Cognito, etc.
Implemented a Plug n’ Play architecture by integrating with several scheduling systems, EMRs, EHRs, CRMs etc.
Integration with Zoom SDK for Virtual Calls and Chat:
Leveraged WebRTC capabilities to embed virtual communication tools in the application.
In-App Push Notifications.
Utilized Google Firebase for effective and timely in-app notifications.
Advanced Customer Identity Management Using AWS Cognito.
Implemented at scale with features like Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for heightened security.
Continuous Delivery with AWS CodePipeline.
Streamlined deployment processes for efficient software updates.
Continuous Integration Using GitHub Actions.
Automated and optimized development workflows.
Automated Testing.
Integration tests using Appium and unit tests using the Flutter Framework for robust software quality.
