Process:

We gathered business and user insights on existing clients that fit the user demographic, and how they currently interact with the existing applications.
Using mental models as an anchor in further decisions, we developed a user journey and tested the flow internally and externally, with the help of existing users and stakeholders’ insights.
It allowed us to move forward to connecting features and other programs and focus on optimizing the overall user experience.
