Kappitaan was created as a platform to help healthcare professionals find work abroad. We worked closely with recruiters and immigration specialists to tailor the user experience to find available positions around the globe, secure an offer, and transfer through immigration easily.
Navigating complex challenges requires strategic thinking, adaptability and understanding. We've started with user research and real scenarios that have given us a sense of users' needs and constraints. That discovery process helped us to define the problem, set the project's goal, shape the process, and identify potential solutions
One of the most significant challenges we encountered throughout our discovery phase and testing was validating all required documentation and creating trust on both ends, users seeking jobs abroad and employers looking for the right person for the position.
As a solution, through research and the help of professionals, we've created trust by making the whole process transparent, connecting both sides, and providing them with guidance, the required information, and steps inside the process.
That approach is more user-friendly and understandable. Which, through user testing, proved to be an excellent direction.
This platform provides guidance through finding the right job opportunity, where users can create profiles, make contacts, make those opportunities real, and embrace new challenges with peace of mind and help.
